TIDES
by Elena Rodriguez
The ocean whispers secrets old,
As tides advance, then tides unfold.
A rhythmic dance, a constant sway,
Where moonbeams kiss the salty spray.
The sandy shores, a canvas wide,
Where shells and dreams forever hide.
The seagull's cry, a mournful sound,
As waves crash in, then softly bound.
Oh, tides of life, both ebb and flow,
A constant change, a steady show.
Reflecting skies, both gray and blue,
The ocean's heart, forever true.
