About ADLIT Magazine
Founded at Wesleyan University in 1950, ADLIT Magazine is a student publication dedicated to the publishing and promotion of literary activity. Our mandate targets exceptional literary talent in all the forms it may take, spanning poetry, prose, visual art, and other contemporary media.
ADLIT puts works in conversation with each other, commissioning or selecting pieces to go along with all submissions. Despite historically drawing from the Wesleyan student body, ADLIT is an indepedent publication open to all student or young artists.
ADLIT Magazine is published twice a year in print and digital formats. We also host readings, workshops, and other literary events throughout the year to engage with our community and promote the literary arts.
